How the sync works

One brain, many storefronts

The hardest part of running a multi-channel card shop is keeping inventory accurate. Sell one NM Black Lotus and the same card needs to disappear from every connected listing before it can be sold twice.

Real-time inventory sync

Sales on any channel update stock everywhere within seconds. No oversells, no angry customer emails.

Channel pricing rules

Set different margins and fee buffers per marketplace while keeping your storefront pricing independent.

Unified orders

Orders from every channel flow into one dashboard. Pick, pack, and ship from one list.

Conflict resolution

When two marketplaces buy the last copy at the same time, we handle it cleanly with automated cancellations and refunds.

Condition-aware

Each condition (NM/LP/MP/HP) can remain a separate listing where the connected marketplace supports it.

API-based marketplace connections

CardNexus and Cardmarket use their official APIs with credentials from your seller accounts. Connection details and write scopes are validated during onboarding.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own marketplace seller accounts?
Yes. You sell through your own marketplace accounts. API credentials and required scopes are validated during onboarding for channels such as CardNexus and Cardmarket.
How fast is the sync?
Cadence varies by marketplace, API limits, and the enabled workflow. We confirm each channel's expected background-sync behaviour during onboarding rather than promising one universal interval.
What if a sale happens on two marketplaces at the same time?
We automatically cancel the lower-priority duplicate and refund the customer. You set the channel priority.
Can I disable specific channels?
Yes. Enable/disable any channel at any time. You can also exclude specific products or entire catalogues from specific channels.
