- How does the pricing work?
- One plan only: Storefront Pro at £1,000 one-time setup + 2% on sales. No monthly subscriptions, no tiered plans, no per-terminal licensing.
- Is there a free trial?
- Contact us at admin@tcgsync.com to arrange a walkthrough. Onboarding typically completes within 48 hours once you're signed up.
- Do I need Shopify to use it?
- No. Storefront Pro is a standalone platform. You can run it without Shopify, or connect it to an existing Shopify store as a sales channel.
- What happens if I already use BinderPOS or Crystal Commerce?
- We handle migrations. Inventory, customers, store credit balances, and buylist history can be imported during onboarding.
