Frequently asked questions
- Is there a monthly subscription?
- No. £1,000 one-time setup + 2% on sales. No monthly fees.
- What does the 2% apply to?
- 2% of gross sales processed through the platform. If you use our payment provider, it's deducted per sale automatically. If you use Shopify Payments, a 2% invoice is generated monthly.
- Are there per-terminal or per-user fees?
- No. Unlimited POS terminals, staff accounts, and inventory volume. One flat price.
- What happens if I already paid for a previous plan?
- Existing merchants on legacy plans keep their terms. New signups go on Storefront Pro. Contact admin@tcgsync.com to discuss migration.
- Is there a free trial?
- Contact us for a walkthrough — admin@tcgsync.com. Onboarding starts after sign-up and typically completes within 48 hours.
