TCG Sync is the company, trusted by 1,210 stores. Enterprise is the full platform — the Storefront Pro storefront, POS, buylist, and sync — on monthly pricing with no sales percentage. Storefront Pro is the same platform on a setup fee plus 2% of TCG singles and sealed sales. Custom packages are built around requirements outside the standard packages.

Enterprise and Storefront Pro connect to your Shopify store as a sales channel. Shopify is currently required as the source of truth; Shopify-independent operation is planned.

Storefront Pro: new and growing shops — usually the right choice under about $1.5M a year in TCG sales. Opening a new shop
First shop? Your year-one cost
Storefront Pro is usually the right place to start: $1,000 USD setup plus 2% of TCG singles and sealed sales, with no monthly fee. With $150k USD of TCG singles and sealed sales in year one, that's $1,000 + $3,000 = $4,000 USD. Shopify is the online-shop system your product list lives in — we can set it up for you, and TCG Sync runs your till, buylist and website on top of it. Alongside that, you pay:
- Your own Shopify plan, billed by Shopify.
- Card-processing fees, charged by your payment provider.
- Any hardware you buy — a tablet, barcode scanner or receipt printer.

- What's the difference between Enterprise and Storefront Pro?
- Same core feature set, different pricing model. Enterprise starts from $2,499 USD/month, with no separate setup fee and no sales percentage. Storefront Pro is $1,000 USD one-time setup + 2% of TCG singles and sealed sales.
- Why offer a fee-based option at all?
- The 2% model keeps the cost of entry low. Stores that prefer no sales percentage choose Enterprise, our flagship package: every feature we offer, with new features included at no extra cost as they release.
- When does Enterprise become cheaper than Storefront Pro?
- Enterprise saves money once you're well over $1 million a year — the crossover is about $1.5M of TCG singles and sealed sales. At the $2,499 USD/month starting price, Enterprise is $29,988 USD over 12 months; Storefront Pro's 2% on $1.5M is $30,000 USD, and on $2M it's $40,000 USD. The actual comparison depends on the agreed Enterprise price.
- Do I have to use the Storefront Pro theme?
- No. Every package, Enterprise included, comes with the Storefront Pro storefront — use it, or keep your current front end and we'll work with that. TCG Sync plugs into your Shopify store as a sales channel either way.
- Is there a monthly subscription?
- Yes for Enterprise, which starts from $2,499 USD/month. Storefront Pro has no monthly subscription — just the one-time setup and the 2%.
- Why a $1,000 USD setup fee?
- Because onboarding is hands-on. The fee covers migration planning, inventory and customer import, store credit balance checks, catalogue mapping, Storefront Pro theme setup, payment and marketplace configuration, and staff training. Migration is included in every package, not just Storefront Pro.
- What does the 2% apply to on Storefront Pro?
- 2% of TCG singles and sealed sales across POS, Shopify and marketplaces. Comics, board games, accessories, drinks, toys and other non-TCG items carry no 2%. Enterprise has no sales percentage.
- Are there per-terminal, per-user or per-location fees?
- No. Enterprise and Storefront Pro include unlimited POS terminals, staff accounts, and inventory volume. Multiple locations are supported and included in the price.
- How are Enterprise and the 2% billed?
- We invoice monthly, in USD — the Enterprise fee and Storefront Pro's 2% alike. Contracts are month to month by default; a longer fixed term can be agreed. You can switch packages.
- I'm not on Shopify yet. Can I still use TCG Sync?
- Yes — we can set Shopify up for you. Shopify's own plans start from about $29 a month (£19 in the UK), billed by Shopify.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. Full backups and data exports are available.
- How do I discuss a Custom package?

- What happens if I already paid for a previous plan?
