Autopricing

Autopricing software for TCG cards

Manually repricing thousands of singles against a shifting market is impossible. Storefront Pro's autopricing engine sets margin rules against live market data — TCGplayer, Cardmarket, CardSynced, eBay sold listings — and reprices your entire catalogue automatically.

  • Margin rules vs TCGplayer, Cardmarket, CardSynced
  • eBay sold-listing pricing for graded cards
  • Per-rarity, per-condition, per-set pricing rules
  • Daily or hourly repricing cycles
  • Floor prices and ceiling prices configurable
  • Channel-specific pricing per marketplace
How it works

Your pricing strategy, encoded

You tell the engine how you want to price — aggressive on commons, premium on chase singles, conservative on graded — and the engine applies those rules across thousands of SKUs every day.

Market-data sources

TCGplayer Market, TCGplayer Low, Cardmarket Trend, CardSynced, eBay sold listings. Pick the source per product category.

Margin rules

Price at market, market minus 5%, market plus 10% — per rarity, per condition, per set, per tag.

Floor and ceiling prices

Never price below a floor (protect margin) or above a ceiling (stay competitive).

Channel-specific pricing

Price aggressively on TCGplayer where the marketplace takes a cut, more conservatively on your own storefront.

Scheduled repricing

Daily, hourly, or on-demand. Critical for volatile markets like Pokemon singles.

Price-change audit log

Every autopricing change is logged with before/after values and the rule that triggered it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which market-data sources are supported?
TCGplayer, Cardmarket, CardSynced, and eBay sold listings (for graded cards). You pick the source per product category.
How often does autopricing run?
Configurable — daily is the default, hourly is available for volatile markets like Pokemon or high-value singles.
Can I set different rules for different channels?
Yes. Channel-specific pricing lets you run aggressive margins on TCGplayer and more conservative margins on your own storefront.
What happens if market data is missing for a card?
The card keeps its existing price and logs a warning. Autopricing never defaults to zero or removes cards from sale.
