Hobby Game Store POS

The POS hobby game stores have been asking for

A hobby game store isn't a coffee shop, a clothing boutique, or a supermarket. You sell singles that change price by the hour, sealed product that sells out on release day, minis you sell by the sprue, and board games with 300-piece accessory ranges. You run Friday Night Magic, pre-releases, league nights, and open play. Generic retail POS can't handle any of that. Storefront Pro can.

  • Singles, sealed, minis, board games, supplies & accessories on one POS
  • Friday Night Magic, pre-release kits & league nights built in
  • Customer accounts with credit, wishlists, and buylist history
  • Online store + POS share one inventory in real time
  • Marketplace sync to TCGplayer, Cardmarket, eBay, Shopify
  • £1,000 setup + 2% on sales — no per-terminal licensing
Why FLGS owners switch

Everything a hobby game store does — first-class supported

We didn't take a retail POS and bolt on plugins. Storefront Pro was designed around how hobby game stores actually operate: singles, events, buylist, community.

Event management built in

FNM, pre-releases, leagues, tournaments. Register players, sell tickets, track attendance, apply store credit — all from the till.

Singles at the till

Condition-based scanning, market-priced search, and instant buylist trade-ins at the counter.

Sealed product release day

Pre-orders, allocations, per-customer limits, and waitlists — essential for booster box drops.

Minis and accessories

Sell minis by the sprue, paint pots by the colour, and dice by the set. Variants built for hobby retail, not clothing.

In-store kiosks

Let customers browse your full inventory at a self-service display while they play a game.

Store credit for community

Issue credit for event prizes, trade-ins, league wins, or loyalty. Customers spend it online or at the counter.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does this work for board game-only stores (no TCG)?
Yes — but Storefront Pro is strongest when you sell TCG alongside other hobby lines because the TCG features (buylist, deckbuilder, catalogues) are the hardest to replicate elsewhere. If you're pure board games, generic Shopify plus an events app may be enough.
How does it compare to BinderPOS or Crystal Commerce?
Storefront Pro includes the full storefront, deckbuilder, wishlists, saved carts, events, live auctions, and mobile apps out of the box. BinderPOS and Crystal Commerce require additional subscriptions, plugins, or Shopify add-ons for equivalent functionality.
Can I keep my existing Shopify store?
Yes. Plug Storefront Pro into your Shopify as a sales channel — same features, same pricing. Or run it standalone and skip Shopify entirely.
What about card recognition and scanning?
Camera-based card recognition is included. Point a phone at a card, identify set and condition, add to inventory or buylist in seconds.
