Yes. Storefront Pro works fully standalone — if you decide to drop Shopify, your Storefront Pro store becomes your primary storefront with zero data migration needed.

Does this affect my Shopify SEO?

No. Your Shopify pages and URLs stay exactly as they are. We add new pages (buylist, deckbuilder, events) that become new indexable content.
