- Can I keep Square running during migration?
- Yes. Your Square setup stays live until cutover — minimal downtime.
- What about my Square online store?
- We replace it with the Storefront Pro storefront (redirected from your existing URL). Or you can keep Square's online store and run Storefront Pro in-store only during a transition period.
- Will my customers have to re-register?
- No. Customer records and emails migrate. First sign-in prompts them to set a password on the new system.
