When does Enterprise make sense vs Standard?
If you're selling more than £75,000/year, Enterprise typically saves you money compared to Standard's 2% fee. Plus you get priority support, full migration assistance, and advanced integrations.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Standard is £99/month + 2% of sales. Enterprise is £14,999/year with zero sales fees. That's it. Payment processing fees from Stripe/Shopify are separate (as with any platform).
What's included in migration assistance?
For Enterprise customers, we handle your full migration: inventory transfer, payment setup (online and in-store), website configuration, and staff training. Typically completed in ~3 months.
Can I switch from Standard to Enterprise later?
Absolutely. Many customers start on Standard and upgrade to Enterprise as their business grows. We'll credit any Standard fees paid in the current month.
